This is a fabulous knitting pattern for an advanced beginner onwards. A lovely gift for a new baby or for yourself, it is approx 1 metre x 1 metre, the perfect size for a throw rug on your favourite couch.
In bands of a simple lace pattern, simple blocks and bobbles interspersed with garter stitch, the pattern has a 'built in' border, full instructions for the special stitches and a complete section by section guideline so you can tick it off as you go. This is such a fun knit seeing the pairings of the different colours and changing pattern every 8 rows.
It was so fun to knit that Tessa made 2 in a row; the first one in the colours suggested on the front of the pattern and the second in colours to match her sitting room. Helen's colour way of navy, red, white & grey is for her new Grandson and we think her choice of colours is just lovely.
