He has grown his hair and his fabulous beard to match the part and has commissioned the perfect outfit. When we saw him this summer in Glacier, dressed in his everyday red jacet and toque, I had to admit that he looked exaclty like that Yuletide visitor. He is so excited planning for his upcoming holiday season, that I think he can hardly wait for it to come. We are patienty awaiting a photo of the completed transformation. I have only 2 regrets: that we won't be in Canada to see him, and that Charland won't agree to be Mrs. Clause. And who knows - if Santa doesn't suit - perhaps he could get a gig as Dumbledore on Broadway.
