This design originates in a vintage 1940's embroidery booklet found in the basement of a needlework shop in Thessaloniki yet its lively flowers are just as beautiful today!
A charming border design of little flowers set off with intricate corner detailing. The centre section can be left blank so a candle or vase can sit there when you have this lovely little embroidery displayed on a table or dresser; or you can embroider an additional design in the centre (for exampler, a pretty monogram of your choosing) and it could be made into a pillow.
